MEET THE TEAM
Armand Nel
Director
Armand’s ultimate goal is to ensure Xpello’s position as the automatic market leader for buyers, lessors, foreign investors and rental management companies. The unique services offered by Xpello are revolutionising the property industry, giving peace of mind to those who have invested in what can be a volatile market.
Armand joined a reputable law firm in 2004 and studied part-time for his LLB degree through Unisa and achieved his degree in 2010. He was admitted as an Attorney in 2011.
One of the highlights in his career was when – as a result of his hard work – he opened Dykes & Nel Inc. with his business partner in 2014. The firm specialises in conveyancing, property-related matters and currently also evictions. Armand gains a lot of satisfaction interacting with clients and assisting them with their legal and property – related queries.
As a well-known attorney, he realised that his many contacts in the property industry would benefit from the exciting range of services offered by Xpello. As an investor in property himself, he appreciates Xpello’s values and their proffered expertise.
His tendency to be a perfectionist, coupled with his naturally warm and approachable personality, has added another level of professionalism to that already offered by his partner and founder of Xpello, Elize le Roux. Together they are a formidable team whose passion for what they do is evident in their growing reputation
Elize le Roux
Managing Director
On completing her LLB Degree, Elize joined Nardus Grove Attorneys as a Candidate Attorney, rising to Associate attending to Criminal and Civil Litigation during her ten years with the firm. A seven-year association with Steyn and Steyn followed. She joined as Senior Associate in the Family Law and general litigation department. After a year she was appointed as a partner heading the residential department, where she specialised in residential evictions and rental-related matters. During 2015 she played an
integral part of the management team during the incorporation of Steyn Steyn Le Roux Inc (SSLR Inc). As Operational Director from 2015 to 2019, she had the opportunity to head the Residential, Collection and Sectional Title departments. This extensive experience, qualified Elize for Judges training in 2016.
She is a member of the Law Society’s Panel of Experts for Evictions, and trains attorneys nationwide. After helping numerous landlords, agents and body corporates in practice, Elize’s focus going forward is to ensure all those concerned are made aware of the processes and their rights. In this way, the eviction of illegal occupants can often be prevented through negotiation. She is determined to make the legal process easier to access for all (LinkedIn logo: For full biography).
