NOTE:

Lease agreements with existing tenants who are already in breach of their lease agreement contract or has been in breach of contract in the previous 4 months, qualify for Xpello limited services.
Please contact our office for more information.

In order to apply successfully for our services you will need:

FOR EXISTING TENANTS
(RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL):

1. Lease agreement
2. 4 months Rental Statement

FOR NEW TENANTS
(RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL):

1. Lease agreement
2. Credit checks for the tenant, as supplied by an agent. For Commercial, this includes the company and board of directors’ credit checks.
